The primary method for contacting Moose Communications is via Email or the Online Contact form. Email support is provided 8am - 10pm 7 days a week replies generally would be expected within 4 hours dependent on complexity or quicker if you are one of our "priority service level agreements".

Reporting of abuse by any Moose customers or complaints can also be done through the Online Contact Form and will be responded to within 5 working days.

Our telephone support is available between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Cover outside of these hours is limited to emergencies only and may involve an additional charge.
